PC Godfrey was there when I needed them:


It was around 1994 on July 4th and the temperature was in the upper 90's. I was weeding the English ivy around my exterior Air Conditioning unit at my home in the Elizabeth neighborhood. Everything was going great until the unit stopped running and I saw in my hand an electrical wire and not the ivy.

I called three heating and air contractors from the yellow pages and then waited. PC Godfrey was the first to call and said he could be at my residence in 45 minutes.

The man that arrived could not have been nicer and my air conditioning was back on in a short amount of time. It was not until he was leaving that I found out he was returning back to his pier on Lake Norman to continue and finish his 4th of July celebrating with his family. That's what I call service!
